Service Description

Couples counseling is a process through which a works with a trained therapist to identify areas of conflict and/or aspects of their relationship they would like to change. Couples may be engaged, dating, married partnered. The therapist helps to develop a plan of action to improve each individual’s satisfaction. Working with a therapist in a non-adversarial setting, helps couples explore and implement strategies to promote a long-term healthy relationship.
